Mark Attendance for the Classroom
Check children and teachers in and out
Click on the Classroom module and then click on your Classroom’s name.
To check in a child, find the student’s/teacher's name and click on the gray “IN” button. You will then confirm the time. Once they’re checked in, you’ll see the “IN” button turn green.
To check out a child/teacher, find the child's/teacher's name and click on the gray “OUT” button. You will then confirm the time. Once they've checked out, you’ll see the red “OUT” button.
You can always see the classroom’s capacity and the number of checked-in children and teachers near the top of the page.
Mark child and teachers as Absent for the day:
Click on the Classroom module and then click on your Classroom’s name.
Find the child/teacher's name and click on the gray “>” button.
Select the classroom where you want to move the child/teacher and click on “Submit”.
Once a child is moved from a classroom, their name and the “>” button will be highlighted in green and they will show up in the new classroom’s page
Transfer children and teachers from one classroom to another:
Click on the Classroom module and then click on your Classroom’s name.
Find the child's//teacher's name and click on the gray “>” button.
Select the classroom where you want to move the student//teacher and click on “Submit”.
Once a child/teacher is moved from a classroom, their name and the “>” button will be highlighted in green and they will show up in the new classroom’s page
