Once your childcare center adds you to KinderPass, they will be able to send you an activation email which will include a temporary password (which expires in 24 hours) and instructions on how to finish setting up your new account.

Parents can download the KinderPass app through the following links:

If your temporary password in the activation email expires, you can request your center to send you a new email, or you can go through the “forgot password” link on the app to reset your password.
