Management must add each teacher or staff member to KinderPass. Once added, they will be able to send you an activation email which will include a temporary password (which expires in 24 hours) and instructions on how to finish setting up your new account.
You can login to the web portal at my.kinderpass.com or through the KinderPass app. Please note that parents and families do not have access to the portal - they can only use the KinderPass app.

Expired temporary password
If your temporary password in the activation email expires, you can request your management to send you a new email, or you can go through the βforgot passwordβ links on the portal or app. By using the βforgot passwordβ link, you can reset your password and log in.
