App
Tap on your picture on the top right of the header.
Log out of the app.
Tap on the “Forget Password” link.
Add your email and receive an email to reset your password
Portal
Click on your name or picture on the top right of the header.
Click on “My Profile”.
To change your password, select the pencil icon, update your information and click on save.
The password to be set should contain:
->Should be at least 8 characters long
->Contain one lowercase letter
->Contain one uppercase letter
->Contain one number
->Contain one special character ( !&^%$#@()/ )
->Should not be previous password
