When a user is added to KinderPass, they will get an email with a temporary password. You can use that password to login to the web portal at my.kinderpass.com or through the KinderPass app. Please note that parents and families do not have access to the portal - they can only use the KinderPass app.

If your temporary password in the activation email expires, you can request your management to send you a new email, or you can go through the “forgot password” links on the portal or app. By using the “forgot password” link, you can reset your password and login.

The password to be set should contain:

->Should be at least 8 characters long

->Contain one lowercase letter

->Contain one uppercase letter

->Contain one number

->Contain one special character ( !&^%$#@()/ )

->Should not be previous password
