Each Module has exciting features to help you run your center and classrooms.

Our online platform and app are designed to be intuitive, easy to use, and accessible to everyone. KinderPass provides the following modules to move and run all your operations online in one place:

✅ Dashboard:

Our Dashboard provides an overview of each location and allows users to quickly view the classrooms, amount due, active children and employees. They can also add a child, family, employee and classroom.

✅ Inbox:

With our Inbox, you can send and receive messages from your center’s staff and families.

✅ Classroom:

Our Classroom module allows centers to easily manage their classrooms, track digital attendance of children and staff, share classroom activities with parents, view the classroom’s Feed and see live ratios.

✅ Family:

All family information can be securely recorded and stored in the Family module, including authorized pick-ups and notes.

✅ Child:

Through the Child module, you can enroll children, edit waitlists, track their development and activities, and synchronize information in real-time.

✅ Billing:

The Billing module enables you to create and add charges to families, track petty cash and invoices, process collections and send invoices to families.

✅ Employee:

You can store all employee information in the Employee module to go completely paperless and ensure all your records are up-to-date.

✅ Approval:
The Approval Module works in a different and flexible way to match the set up of a Company. The Approval setup flow is different for different centers within the Company to have the approvals to match the setup of a particular center.

✅ Reports:

With the Reports module, you can generate reports on child attendance, allergies, amount receivables and more. You can also customize reports for specific business or regulatory needs.

✅ Settings:

You can add information about your locations and user groups in the Settings module.

✅ Security:

The Security module allows owners and management to control system access, emulate users and add approval levels for certain features. In other words, users can access modules based on the user permissions that are set by the owner or management of a center in the Security module.
