Inbox is the next module. With the help of this module, we can send messages to an individual or a group as per the requirement. Messages can be sent to a single family of a child or all the families of a particular classroom. Messages can also be sent to a specific employee or to all employees of a location. You need to set and define the users and groups.

All the messages in the Inbox appear in a threaded view. You can respond to a message thread or respond to a single message in the thread. Similarly, you can forward the whole message thread or forward a particular message in the thread. You can also star a particular message or the whole message thread. To view a full message or attachment in the thread, click on the drop-down arrow on the right side of the message and you will be able to view the whole message along with the attachments if any. The latest message appears at the bottom of the thread.

Steps

  1. Click on the Inbox tab from the module.

  2. You will see your Inbox with all messages addressed to you.

  3. To send a new email, simply click on “Compose” tab and then select the appropriate individual or user group and send out the message.

  4. To see your sent messages, click on the “Sent” tab

  5. To see your draft and unsent messages, click on the “Draft” tab
