To add a new Bank Account:
To set up a new Chart of Accounts, click on the Billing Module.
Under the Billing Module, click on the βChart of Accountsβ.
The Chart of Accounts screen will be displayed.
On the left side of the screen, you would see a table with all the predefined Chart of Accounts
The table displays the Type of Account, Name, Code, Sub-Account of, whether its a Bank Account (No/Yes) and the last column is the Action using which you can delete this Type of Account.
To edit a Type of Account, kindly click on the desired result.
The details of the Account will be displayed on the right side of the screen.
You can make the desired changes and click on OK for the change to take effect.
To delete an account, simply click on the Trash icon under the Action Field.
To add a new Type of Account, simply click on the Add New Chart button (+) and add the desired Charge/Credit after filling in all the details.
You can also search for a specific type of Account.
