On the Classroom’s page, click on the “+” button in the Activities box on the right.

Select the activity you want to share from the drop-down menu: Elect Curriculum, Learning & Development, Mood, Bathroom, Meal, Nap, Health & Meds, Incidents, and Notes & Reminders.

Select the students you want to tag in the shared activity, fill out the form and click on “Submit”. You can also upload a picture.

This activity will be shared with the parents of all the tagged students in the classroom and in the classroom’s Feed (which can only be viewed by employees of the center).

You can now like and comment on the activities of the children shared by you or other staff. You can also view all the other likes and comments received on all the activities shared in your classroom.

To “like” an activity, click on the heart icon under the activity. To view all the users who have liked this activity, hover over the “Number of Like” next to the heart icon. A popup window will display all the users who have liked this activity.

To “comment” on an activity, click on the comment icon under the activity. You can now type your comment for this activity on the new pop-up window. This will also display all the comments received on this activity.

On the child’s profile, go to the “Activities” tab.

Select one of the following activities: Elect Curriculum, Learning & Development, Mood, Bathroom, Meal, Nap, Health & Meds, Incidents, and Notes & Reminders.

Fill out the selected activity and click on “Submit”. You can also upload a picture.

This activity will be shared with the student’s parents and in the classroom’s Feed (which can only be viewed by employees of the center).
