With the Child modules, you can register children and manage enrollment, access each student’s information and synchronize information in real-time.

Once you click on the Child Module, it will give you an overview of all the Children registered in your centers. The child profile will display the picture of the child, the child's name, the family name, the location and the status of the child.

To search for a specific Child, select the location and then choose the child. Alternatively, you can also search for a group of children as per the status of the children.

Once you click on the specific Child profile, you will get a detailed view of the Child. To upload a photo of the child, click on the Upload photo on the top right of your screen, select the picture of the child, and submit. The new photo will now be displayed on the child profile.

  1. Child Profile: The Child Profile gives you the child's personal details, their registration date, details of the birth & family and language details. To edit these details, click on the edit button on the right side of the screen under Profile header. Similarly, you can add the Medical history, the allergy, the food preference and immunization record of the child. To add specific details, click on the tab, enter the details from the dropdown and click on submit. If you are unable to view the desired result, click on the + (Add) icon and enter the custom result. This result will now be displayed in the dropdown option

  2. Activities: The Activities Page will give you the details of all the Activities attended and completed by the child. This will show up the Activity feed format on the right side of the Activities Tab. To add an activity, click on the appropriate activity and fill in the details of the activity and submit it. The new Activity will be displayed in the Activity feed. Activities can also be added through the Classroom Module.

  3. Attendance: The Attendance Tab will display the attendance record of the child for the current month. You can edit any past attendance by clicking on the specific date and then editing the time on the pop-up window. Once you submit, the new attendance will now be displayed.

  4. Statement: The Statement overview provides a snapshot of the transactions of the child. It allows you to search for transactions for a specific date. It also gives you an overview of the Opening balance, the total amount received, the total billed amount, the total due amount and the Total Overdue today; all during the period mentioned in the search criteria. By default, it is set from the beginning of the financial year to the current date. The Statement summary gives you the record of the past transactions done by the Parents of the Child from the latest transaction to the first transaction. You can also add collection received by the parent of the child through the statement tab. To add a collection, click here
