To Send an Activation Link to an Employee:
Click on the Employee Module and select the Employee.
Once the Employee Profile opens up, on the top right side, you would see a “Not Invited” Icon which shows that no Invitation like has yet been sent to the Employee
Click on the “Not Invited” Icon which will now send an activation link to the registered email ID of the Employee and the Icon would now change to Invitation sent.
The Employee will now have to log in to his mail and he would have received a User ID and temporary password.
The Employee now needs to log in at my.kinderpass.com using the credentials he just received in the email.
The Employee will have to set a new password.
The Employee can now start using the Kinderpass Portal/App
