Timesheets
Timesheet allows you to record and keep track of your employees' work time. That means that, as an employer, youβll be able to see exactly how many hours each employee has worked for.
What is the purpose of a timesheet?
In a work environment, their main use is for payroll, human resource management, and accounting. Timesheets work like a database that contains all the needed time entries for employers to pay workers fairly.
Timesheets increase transparency. More people will see how long youβve worked, how many breaks you took, and when you took a day off. In the case of virtual timesheets, directors can see what the others have worked on and for how long so that they can assign tasks accordingly.
Batch Timesheet
This feature will give you the time record of all employees on the selected date.
Choose a location under the Batch Timesheet.
The timesheet record of all the employees in that location will be displayed in a table with contents such as employee name, date, the schedule, checked and final hours of the employee such as the checked-in and checked-out time,the break hours, the payable hours, overtime and total hours.
The scheduled hours chosen by the centre for these employees will be displayed in the schedule row and the actual hours completed by the employee will show in the checked row.
The approved hours will show up in the final time.
For the approver to approve, modify or reject the hours, simply click on the icons in the Action tab.
The modify action lets the approver edit the time completed by the employee or add overtime to manage the payable hours for the payroll.
