This feature allows Administrators or Owners to access and operate as if they were logged in as that User. This feature is useful when testing permissions and content that only that particular user can see.
Steps:
Click on the Emulate User tab under the Security Module.
Search the specific user from the drop-down menu options of First name, last name, email, ID, User role, or location.
The results will be displayed below.
Select the user from the results displayed. The user profile belonging t that user will be displayed on the right of your screen. Select the specific user Profile and now click on Emulate.
You can now emulate the user and check for the permission and approvals.
