Select your Classroom from the dropdown menu.

To view the Feed of the classroom, tap on “Classroom Profile”. This will show you all the activities of the children in that classroom.

Go to the menu on the left and click on the Classroom module.

You will see a summary of all the Classrooms with the capacity of each classroom and the number of checked-in children and teachers.

To view a specific Classroom’s Feed, you can click on the classroom’s name or click on the “View More” button.

The Classroom page will list the children and teachers assigned to the classroom, and show the Feed of shared activities.

On a classroom page, tap the three dots button near the student’s name and select “Add an activity” OR on the student’s profile page, tap on “Add Activity”.

Select one of the following activities: Elect Curriculum, Learning & Development, Mood, Bathroom, Meal, Nap, Health & Meds, Incidents, and Notes & Reminders.

Fill out the selected activity and tap on “Update”. You can also upload a picture.

You can add a maximum of 10 pictures or 9 pictures and a video (Length - maximum 15 seconds) for any shared activities. Please note that only one video can be attached per activity.

This activity will be shared with the student’s parents and in the classroom’s Feed (which can only be viewed by employees of the center).

On the child’s profile, go to the “Activities” tab.

Select one of the following activities: Elect Curriculum, Learning & Development, Mood, Bathroom, Meal, Nap, Health & Meds, Incidents, and Notes & Reminders.

Select the children, fill out the selected activity and tap on “Update”. You can also upload a picture.

To “like” an activity, tap on the heart icon under the activity. To view all the users who have liked this activity, tap on the “Number of Likes” next to the heart icon.

To “comment” on an activity, tap on the comment icon under the activity. You can now type your comment for this activity. This will also display all the comments received on this activity.

On the Classroom’s page, click on the “+” button in the Activities box on the right.

Select the activity you want to share from the drop down menu: Elect Curriculum, Learning & Development, Mood, Bathroom, Meal, Nap, Health & Meds, Incidents, and Notes & Reminders.

Select the students you want to tag in the shared activity, fill out the form and click on “Submit”. You can also upload a picture.

You can now like and comment on the activities of the children shared by you or other staff. You can also view all the other likes and comments received on all the activities shared in your classroom.

To “like” an activity, click on the heart icon under the activity. To view all the users who have liked this activity, hover over the “Number of Like” next to the heart icon. A popup window will display all the users who have liked this activity.

To “comment” on an activity, click on the comment icon under the activity. You can now type your comment for this activity on the new pop-up window. This will also display all the comments received on this activity.

Go to the classroom or child's Feed.

Tap on the 3 buttons on the right of a post.

Tap on Edit to edit the post and save changes.

Tap on Delete to delete the post. This will delete it for parents as well.

Go to the classroom's Feed (through the Classroom module) or the child’s Feed (go to the child's profile and then go to the “Activities” tab).

Click on the 3 buttons on the right of a post.

Tap on Edit to edit the post and save changes.

Tap on Delete to delete the post. This will delete it for parents as well.
