You can record the screening questions and temperatures of each child. These updates will not be sent to parents - they will only be recorded internally for the center.

Portal

  1. There are two ways to record the temperature on the portal. a) On the dashboard, click on the “Temperature & Screening” button OR b) In a Classroom module, tap on the “+ Add” button and select “Add a classroom activity” then select the following activity, “Temperature & Screening” from the dropdown menu.

  2. Record the temperature for a particular child or for all the children of the classroom. Any temperature above the normal temperature range, i.e. 37.6°C or 99.7°F will be highlighted in red.

  3. You need to fill in the screening questions after consultation with the parent. Please note that if you have selected multiple children, the answers to the screening questions will be applicable for all selected children.

  4. Once the temperatures have been recorded, click on submit and the new temperatures will be shown as a classroom activity.
