What devices do we need to run KinderPass?

KinderPass works on all mobile devices, tablets, and computers. This means you can access it anytime and anywhere. Our user-friendly app is available across App Store, Play Store and Amazon Appstores.

Who has access to my data and where is my family and child's data stored ?

KinderPass takes the safety, security and privacy of our users very seriously. We are committed to having the latest security systems and policies in place to protect your personal information.

All activities including photos of a child are posted only to the accounts of the parents or guardians of the child and are stored behind an encrypted password for additional security.

The KinderPass portal and iOS and Android apps store all your family and child's data on the Google Cloud Platform, which is the most trusted and globally-renowned cloud infrastructure that ensures all your data is encrypted by default. This means it can only be accessed by authorized roles  services with audited access to encryption keys.   

KinderPass has a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate. SSL is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the KinderPass server and our customer's browsers remain private and integral.

In simple words, just as a SSL helps in securing online transactions for netbanking and online payment sites, similarly, it is used by KinderPass to encrypt your family and child's information.

Can you import my data from another system that we currently use?

Our team will provide you with a simple form that enables you to upload all your center's family, child and employee information onto KinderPass seamlessly.
