To add a child, you first need to create a Family. To know how to create a Family, click here
Once the Family is created, you can add children as follows:
To add a child to the family, select the “Add Child” button on the top right.
Fill out basic information (name, gender, date of birth and start date if available) and click “Add Child”
The different status of the child as per their current situation would be: Active, Deactivated, Enrolled, Interested, Toured and Waitlisted.
You can also update information like pick-ups, address, emergency contact under each family.
You can also add the allergy and health details of the child under the child's information.
Additionally, you can also attach documents to the Child Profile from the Attach Document tab. Click on ''Choose files'' to select the document or image you would like to upload to KinderPass. (accepted formats are jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, docx, txt, xlsx. Max size: 2 MB), add a description and click on submit. You can also download and delete the files you have uploaded easily.
