If the Center decides to reactivate a family for any reason, they can update the family's status to "Reactivate" and then proceed with the steps outlined above in the specified sequence.
Follow these steps to deactivate a family in KinderPass:
Go to the ‘’Family Module’’ and select the preferred ‘’Family Card’’.
In the ‘’Family Profile’’, locate the “Status” dropdown beside the ‘’Display Name’’.
Click on the dropdown list and select “Deactivated”.
Click “Update” to save your changes.
Follow these steps to reactivate a family in KinderPass:
Go to the ‘’Family Module’’ and select the preferred ‘’Family Card’’. Set the ‘’Status’’ filter to "Deactivated" to easily find all the deactivated families.
In the ‘’Family Profile’’, locate the “Status” dropdown beside the ‘’Display Name’’.
Click on the dropdown list and select "Activate."
Click “Update” to save your changes.
